We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant to provide basic phone-based technical support. This role involves handling approximately 100 incoming and outgoing technical support calls per month. The ideal candidate will be fluent or native in Spanish, with a preference for the Castilian/Spain dialect. Basic knowledge of Arabic is a plus, but not mandatory. No prior technical support experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills to resolve common technical issues step-by-step. We are looking for someone eager to learn, patient, and possessing excellent communication skills to assist our clients effectively. This position is focused on supporting clients primarily in Spain.
