Develop a Comprehensive Mobile Fleet Management Application

We are seeking an experienced mobile app development team or freelancer to create a robust and scalable fleet management application. This app will be used to manage an internal and external fleet of over 600 vehicles, streamlining operations for both employees and drivers.

Key features required for the application include:

1.  Vehicle and Driver Registration: Ability to register and manage all company cars and associated drivers within the system.
2.  Location Management: Functionality to register and categorize various company locations, such as towers, data centers, shops, and headquarters, for easy selection.
3.  Car Ordering System: Employees must be able to order a car based on their business needs, selecting from available vehicles and defining pre-set company locations for pickup and drop-off.
4.  Driver Notification and Acceptance: Drivers will receive real-time notifications for new car orders and must be able to accept or decline them through their app interface.
5.  Ride Tracking: Implement a comprehensive GPS tracking system to monitor the real-time location and progress of each ride.
6.  Mileage-Based Chargeback: Develop a system to calculate and charge drivers based on the number of kilometers driven over a specified period, facilitating internal cost allocation.
