This project aims to develop an AI WhatsApp Automation System that helps businesses manage customer interactions efficiently. The system will integrate with the WhatsApp Business api and use natural language processing (nlp) to understand and respond to customer queries in real time. The chatbot will be able to: Automatically reply to frequently asked questions (e.g., Order status, business hours, pricing). Send proactive messages like order confirmations, delivery updates, or appointment reminders. Escalate complex conversations to human agents when necessary. Learn from previous interactions to improve accuracy and personalization. Tech Stack: Backend: Python / Node.js. ai & nlp: openai api or dialogflow. Messaging API: WhatsApp Business API (via Twilio or Meta Cloud API). Database: MongoDB / PostgreSQL. Dashboard: React.js for analytics and conversation management. Expected Outcome: An intelligent, scalable, and easy-to-deploy WhatsApp chatbot that reduces customer service load, speeds up response times, and enhances customer satisfaction.
