This project aims to develop a comprehensive smart waste management system utilizing IoT-enabled bins. These bins will be equipped with sensors capable of detecting their fill levels. Upon reaching a predefined capacity, the bins will automatically send real-time alerts to a central management system and designated waste collection teams. The primary goal is to optimize waste collection routes, ensure timely garbage removal, and contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable environment. The system should include: 1. Integration of sensors for accurate waste level detection within the bins. 2. A robust communication module for transmitting data and alerts from the bins. 3. A backend system to process sensor data, manage alerts, and store historical information. 4. A user-friendly interface (web-based or mobile application) for waste collection teams to receive alerts, view bin status, and manage collection schedules. 5. Reporting and analytics functionalities to monitor bin performance, collection efficiency, and environmental impact. We are looking for experienced freelancers or teams with expertise in IoT development, embedded systems, web/mobile application development, and cloud integration.
