In this role, you'll:
Develop and implement a winning B2B sales strategy from scratch, targeting major players in healthcare, government, and beyond.
Handpick and train a high-performing sales team, sharing your expertise in B2B prospecting, sales methodologies, closing techniques, and effective follow-up.
Become a mentor and coach, nurturing and empowering your team to achieve greatness.
Be the driving force behind ELITE's expansion, exceeding revenue goals and building lasting relationships with key clients.

We're looking for someone who:
Has 5+ years of proven B2B sales success, ideally in the healthcare, government, or translation sectors.
Possesses a deep understanding of sales best practices and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Is a passionate leader and motivator, able to inspire and build a cohesive team.
Is a strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and exceeding expectations.
