About Us:
We are a fast-growing, commercial cleaning company based in the UK.

We are looking for a top-tier B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative(BDR)/ Outbound Caller to act as the tip of the spear for our sales engine.

You will not be "hard selling" cleaning contracts over the phone; your sole objective is to navigate gatekeepers, qualify decision-makers, and book site walk-throughs for the Founder.

We believe in paying for quality. If you can consistently book qualified meetings, you will be generously compensated with a premium hourly base plus bonuses.

Your Core Responsibilities:
Targeted Cold Calling: Confidently call UK commercial sites (using a VoIP dialer) to identify and speak with decision makers from an established list of contacts.
Hyper-Personalised Emailing: Research the prospect's venue/website and write highly personalised cold emails that cut through the noise. (No generic spam templates).
LinkedIn Outreach: Send strategic connection requests and professional first-touch messages to target decision-makers.
Pipeline Management: Meticulously track every call outcome, email sent, and follow-up date in our Google Master Tracker and CRM.
Objection Handling: Confidently pivot standard objections (e.g., "We already have a cleaner in a 12-month contract") into a qualifying conversation.

The Requirements (Please Read Carefully):
Proven B2B Experience: You must have a track record of B2B cold calling. Experience calling into the uk market (handling uk gatekeepers) is a massive advantage.
Speed and efficiency: as this is a sales role we expect you to work fast and well under pressure and produce quality results and show progress in the training period
Impeccable Spoken English: Your English must be exceptionally clear and professional (a neutral, South African, or UK accent is strongly preferred).
The Tech Setup: You must have a completely quiet working environment, a noise-canceling headset (or Krisp.ai software), and high-speed internet (Ping strictly under 50ms).
Coachability: You take feedback well and adapt instantly.

Hours & Compensation:
Schedule: Part-time starting at 15–20 hours per week. Must be available to dial during UK business hours (between 8:30am – 12:00 pm gmt).
Growth: Hours and base pay are reviewed quarterly. We are looking for someone to grow with us long-term.
Pay ($8 per hour) : hourly rate + a lucrative Performance Bonus for every qualified site walk-through booked.

Our Interview Process:
We move fast. If shortlisted, you will undergo an online roleplay interview, followed by a trial where you will make real calls to UK landlines so we can evaluate your live execution and a short text on personalised emails where you will be researching and delivering emails from a pool of prospects we will provide you.
