Experienced Developer/Designer for Comprehensive Recruitment and Talent Management Platform

We are seeking an experienced developer and designer to build a complete, modern, and professional recruitment and talent management platform for Relink Talent Solutions. This platform will function as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and a recruitment marketplace, connecting candidates with employers and streamlining the hiring process.

The platform must include the following core functionalities:

User Interface and Experience:
- Modern, responsive, and professional ui/ux design ensuring an intuitive user experience.
- Mobile-friendly design to ensure accessibility across various devices.

Candidate Features:
- Robust candidate registration and profile creation system.
- CV/resume upload and comprehensive management capabilities.
- Advanced job search functionality with filters and a streamlined job application system.

Employer Features:
- Dedicated employer/company registration and profile management.
- Efficient employer job posting and candidate management tools.

Recruiter/Admin Features:
- Comprehensive recruiter/admin dashboard for oversight and management.
- Tools for candidate screening and management of the recruitment pipeline.
- Interview scheduling and status tracking functionalities.
- A searchable candidate database with advanced search and filtering options.
- Intelligent job matching between candidates and employers.

General Features:

We are looking for a freelancer or team capable of handling the complete project lifecycle, including ui/ux design, frontend development, backend development, database design and implementation, deployment, and thorough testing.
