Experienced Devops Engineer Needed for Spring Boot Microservice Deployment

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer or Full-Stack Developer with strong deployment skills to set up and deploy an existing Spring Boot microservice. The service is currently functional in a local environment, and the primary goal is to get it running correctly on a cloud instance.

Project Scope:
- Configure the Linux server environment (Ubuntu or Debian) on a cloud instance that will be provided.
- Set up and configure the PostgreSQL database, including creating necessary schemas and users.
- Build the Docker container for the Spring Boot microservice.
- Deploy the Dockerized microservice and ensure it is running correctly and accessible.
- Verify database connectivity and overall service functionality post-deployment.

Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency with Java 17 and Spring Boot 3.x for microservice deployment.
- Strong experience with Docker for containerization.
- Expertise in PostgreSQL database setup and management.
- Familiarity with Git for source code management (access to a specific private repository will be granted).
- Solid understanding of Linux server administration (Ubuntu/Debian).
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar.

Important Considerations:
- Access will be strictly limited to the private repository for this microservice; no full system access will be granted.
- This project is open exclusively to foreign freelancers.
- A confidentiality agreement (NDA) must be signed prior to sharing any code or credentials.
