Experienced Sales Representatives and Benefit Advisors Needed

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced 1099 contractors or freelancers to join our team as Sales Representatives and Benefit Advisors. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing expert advice on various benefit solutions to clients. Key responsibilities include: Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Presenting and explaining benefit programs clearly and persuasively. Meeting and exceeding sales targets. Providing ongoing support and consultation to clients regarding their benefit needs. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of benefit products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. This is an hourly project, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work independently.
