Experienced Ebay Marketplace Growth Consultant for Store Optimization

We are seeking an experienced eBay Marketplace Growth Consultant to manage and optimize our established eBay stores. This is a consulting engagement focused on identifying opportunities, improving performance, and increasing long-term profitability. We are looking for a true eBay expert who understands how to grow an established eBay business through better listings, stronger visibility, improved conversion, effective promotions, and exceptional marketplace management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and comfortable making recommendations backed by experience and data.

Project Scope:
During the 30-day engagement, the consultant will:
- Evaluate the overall health of our eBay store.
- Review and optimize listings, including titles, item specifics, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Improve eBay SEO and search visibility.
- Review our Promoted Listings strategy and recommend improvements.
- Monitor customer communication and help maintain excellent customer service.
- Handle returns and customer issues professionally when required.
- Analyze competitors, pricing, and merchandising opportunities.
- Identify practical ways to improve traffic, conversions, and sales.
- Provide a brief weekly report summarizing completed work, recommendations, and measurable progress.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing established eBay stores.
- Advanced knowledge of eBay Seller Hub.
- Experience using Terapeak for research and optimization.
- Experience with Promoted Listings and eBay marketing tools.
- A proven record of improving eBay store performance.
- Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
- Experience with BigCommerce, Shopify, ShipStation, Sellbrite, Amazon Seller Central, or Gorgias is a plus.
