We are seeking a skilled freelancer to serve as a Facebook Content & Community Assistant for Karla & Erick | Cabo Realty. Our primary objective is to significantly grow our Facebook presence, building trust, authority, visibility, and engagement through high-quality educational content. Our target audience consists mainly of Americans from California, Arizona, and Texas who are considering retirement, relocation, purchasing a second home, or investing in real estate in Los Cabos. This demographic often includes retirees, business owners, executives, investors, and golf enthusiasts. Our content strategy is highly focused on specific areas: Golf Communities, Beach Communities, Retirement in Los Cabos, Relocation to Los Cabos, Luxury Lifestyle in Los Cabos, Real Estate Investment in Los Cabos. It is important to note that this is not a sales position. Our goal is to provide valuable information that answers common questions people have before moving to or investing in Los Cabos. We currently have a growing library of articles, guides, videos, and community information that can be leveraged. We require the selected freelancer to review our existing brand, content, audience, and objectives thoroughly. Your proposal should clearly outline your strategy and thinking process, addressing the following key points: 1. How you would effectively help grow our Facebook presence. 2. What types of content you would create or repurpose from our existing library to maximize engagement and value. 3. Your methods for engaging proactively with our target audience on Facebook. 4. How you would professionally participate in relevant Facebook groups to expand our reach and authority. 5. Your strategy for building long-term authority and brand recognition for Karla & Erick | Cabo Realty. 6. A recommended monthly workflow detailing your activities and expected time commitment.
