The project requires taking the concept from initial design ideas to a fully functional, ready-to-launch platform. *  A clean user interface (UI) and smooth navigation are essential.
*  The site must be fully responsive, displaying correctly and loading quickly on all devices, including mobile phones, tablets, and desktops.
*  Guidance on color palette selection that aligns with the vibrant theme is expected, as an established brand palette is not yet available.

Core Functionality Requirements:
1.  Customer-Facing Features:
    *  A responsive home page showcasing categorized menu items with appealing photos and clear pricing.
    *  User registration and login functionality for new and returning customers.
    *  Ability for customers to add menu items to a shopping cart.
    *  An order summary page for review before checkout.
    *  Order placement with Cash on Delivery as the payment method.
2.  Admin Panel Features:
    *  A straightforward administrative interface for managing menu items (add, edit, remove dishes).
    *  Tools for organizing and managing menu categories.
    *  Functionality to track and manage customer orders.
