Pinnacle Design and Build, a new and small construction company based in Los Angeles, is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Office Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join our team and grow with us.

The role involves a variety of daily administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of our business. Key responsibilities include:

- Checking and updating online business profiles on platforms such as Yelp, Thumbtack, Angie's List, and Houzz.
- Managing company email correspondence via Gmail.
- Maintaining and updating financial records and tasks using Quickbooks.
- Handling incoming phone calls professionally.
- Updating and managing data in Excel spreadsheets.

We are looking for a proactive individual who is comfortable with technology and possesses strong organizational skills. While experience in the construction industry is a plus, it is not required.

Required skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Gmail for professional communication.
- Excellent telephone handling skills.
- Tech-savviness and ability to quickly learn new online platforms.
- Fluent English communication skills.
