We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Closer with strong outbound communication skills and a background in real estate-related environments. This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, results-driven, and capable of building trust quickly with property owners and heirs. Experience working with Surplus Funds or Unclaimed Funds is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities include: conducting 20-50 meaningful conversations daily with potential leads; managing 30-75+ outbound calls per day; building rapport quickly and maintaining professional, respectful communication; reviewing and interpreting obituaries and family relationships to identify correct contacts; following up with prospects and guiding them through the contract process; maintaining accurate notes and tracking within internal systems; meeting and exceeding daily and weekly performance metrics; and representing the company professionally in all interactions. Requirements for this role include: 1-2+ years of cold-calling experience (outbound sales or customer service); previous real estate experience required; experience with Surplus Funds or Unclaimed Funds preferred; fluent English (Grade A+) with a natural, professional tone; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment; a self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset; comfort handling medium to high call volume daily; and having a laptop or PC with headset and clear microphone, along with a reliable internet connection and backup power source.
