Experienced Remote Recruiter for High-Volume Chat Moderator Roles

We are seeking highly experienced and skilled remote recruiters to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to source and screen a high volume of candidates for remote Chat Moderator positions. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in recruitment and candidate sourcing, capable of managing continuous hiring needs.

Key Requirements:
*  Demonstrated experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
*  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*  Proven ability to handle high-volume hiring processes efficiently.
*  Familiarity with best practices for remote hiring.

Project Details:
*  This is a fully remote work opportunity.
*  Compensation is performance-based, with payment provided per successful hire.
*  You will receive $15-$40 for each candidate who successfully completes onboarding and transitions into a core role.
*  We anticipate an expected volume of 15–20 or more successful hires per week.
