Experienced Remote Telemarketers for Home Improvement Appointment Setting

We are seeking experienced remote telemarketers based in Colombia or other Latin American countries to join our team. The primary goal of this role is to generate qualified appointments for our home improvement company in Florida. This is a long-term opportunity with potential for growth into leadership positions.

The role involves making outbound calls to warm and cold homeowner lists to schedule free in-home estimates for a variety of services, including roofing, impact windows & doors, HVAC, solar, and other home improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls efficiently using our provided dialer and scripts.
* Communicate professionally in English, with Spanish proficiency being a valuable asset.
* Qualify homeowners effectively and book appointments directly into our CRM system.
* Adhere to call scripts while consistently building rapport with potential clients.
* Maintain accurate call notes and dispositions for all interactions.

Required Qualifications:
* Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent is preferred.
* Proven previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales.
* Access to reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace.
* Own computer with a high-quality headset.
* Comfort and capability to make between 300 to 500 calls per day.

Compensation and Growth:
