Experienced Seo & Web Designer for Residential Construction Company

ATP Development & Construction, a full-service design-build company specializing in residential construction, ground-up builds, ADUs, hillside homes, and remodeling, is seeking an experienced SEO & Web Designer. We are expanding our internal marketing department and need a professional to manage and grow our online presence, from our HubSpot website to our local search rankings. This is an ongoing role focused on enhancing our digital footprint and converting leads.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain our website on HubSpot CMS, including updates, creating new pages, and developing landing pages.
* Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement effective on-page SEO strategies across all service pages.
* Optimize and actively manage our Google Business Profile to maximize local visibility and engagement.
* Perform monthly technical SEO audits, addressing issues such as site speed, broken links, and indexing errors.
* Develop and execute strategies for building local citations and supporting broader link building efforts.
* Deliver monthly performance reports using data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
* Ensure all website pages are mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and strategically designed to convert leads.

* minimum of 2 years of proven seo experience with demonstrable ranking results.
* A portfolio showcasing websites built or actively managed.

* Highly organized and capable of working independently.
