Experienced Sourcing Agent for 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry Manufacturers in China

I am looking for a professional sourcing agent with extensive experience in the 925 Sterling Silver jewelry industry. My objective is to build a reliable supply chain for high-quality jewelry (pandora) for my business. I need to identify and validate direct manufacturers from China, not trading companies or resellers. I am NOT looking for an internet researcher or someone to browse e-commerce platforms.

Your Responsibilities:

-Supplier Scouting: Identify and visit factories/wholesalers of Pandora Jewelry.
-Direct Manufacturer Validation: You must verify that the contact is a real manufacturing facility, not a middleman. I need to see proof of production capacity (photos/videos of the workshop/factory).
-Quality & Price Filtering: Your list must prioritize suppliers offering the best quality-to-price ratio.
-XRF Testing: You will need to visit the selected suppliers, pick up samples, and take them to a local lab for professional XRF testing to confirm 925 purity. I will cover all testing costs.
-Reporting: Provide a detailed report of the suppliers found, photos of their stock, and their price list.

Critical Requirements (Non-negotiable):

-NO Digital Platforms: I am strictly prohibiting the use of, Alibaba, Global Sources, or any other online wholesale platform for supplier sourcing. I am fully aware of what these sites offer and I am not looking for that.
-Offline Sourcing Only: I am looking for a candidate who has existing, direct relationships with manufacturers in jewelry hubs. I need someone who can access "invisible" factories that do not advertise online and focus solely on high-volume wholesale/B2B markets.
-Physical Audit Capability: You must be able to conduct on-site factory visits. I require video evidence of production lines, machinery, and warehouse inventory to verify the factory is real, has the production capacity I need, and operates as a direct manufacturer (not a trading company).
-Ready-to-Ship Inventory (BTS): I am only interested in Build-to-Stock suppliers. I need vendors with inventory ready for immediate shipment.
-No Custom Production: I am not interested in "made-to-order" or "maquila" services. I cannot wait 15–30 days for production plus shipping.
-No Middlemen: Any supplier who cannot prove they own the production facility or who refuses a physical visit will be discarded.

Compensation & Logistics:

I am happy to cover all your expenses related to this research, including local transportation, meals, and any required lab fees for the XRF testing.

Your Proposal MUST include:
1. Methodology: Explicitly explain how you will find factories that are not listed on any digital platform. (Do you have local partners? Do you attend local trade fairs? What is your network in Jewelry Hubs?)
2. Experience: Provide examples of past successful physical audits where you identified a direct manufacturer, not a reseller.
3. Pricing: Outline your fee structure for on-site visits and physical inspections clearly.
