Experienced Spanish-speaking Community Manager for Yaarlive Streamer Team

We are seeking a dedicated and fluent Spanish-speaking Community Manager based in Colombia to join our team and manage our YaarLive streamer community. This remote role involves crucial responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation and support of our streamer team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for registering new streamers provided by our agency, explaining the YaarLive platform, and guiding them through the entire registration and verification process. You will also provide essential technical support and assistance with profile verification issues.

A key part of this role is managing our dedicated WhatsApp or Telegram groups, serving as the primary point of contact for streamers. You will be expected to answer their questions, provide ongoing support, and foster a positive community environment. Additionally, monitoring streamer activity and providing regular reports on their engagement and performance will be required.

Essential requirements for this position include fluent Spanish language skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong organizational skills. Candidates must be available to work 4-5 hours per day and possess a reliable internet connection. Prior experience in community management, customer support, or within digital agencies is highly valued. Our agency handles all streamer recruitment and advertising, so your focus will solely be on the registration, guidance, and management of the existing team. Compensation will be performance-based, including commission and bonuses, to be agreed upon.
