Key requirements for this role include a strong background in sourcing or recruiting, preferably within tech roles. Candidates must demonstrate excellent English communication skills at a C1 level or higher to ensure effective interaction with potential candidates and our hiring team. Strong organizational skills are paramount, as the role involves managing candidate pipelines with meticulous attention to detail and responsiveness. Familiarity and comfort with various online recruitment platforms and tools are also required, including LinkedIn, Google Sheets, email communication tools, and scheduling tools such as Calendly or Google Calendar. Deliverables for this role include weekly updates on candidate sourcing and screening progress, monthly reports detailing interview coordination and the status of the candidate pipeline, and the timely scheduling of interviews with qualified candidates. The success of this project will be measured by the number of qualified candidates identified and screened, the quality of candidates presented as per feedback from the hiring team, and the overall efficiency in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
