Experienced Web Developer for Online Booking Platform Enhancement and New Feature Development

We are looking for an experienced web developer or team to enhance and extend an existing online booking platform for various services. The goal is to improve current functionality, introduce new features, and optimize the overall user experience for both clients and service providers while keeping the system secure, scalable, and mobile responsive.

Key areas of work include:
1. Booking Flow Enhancements – Improve the current online booking experience so clients can more easily browse services, select time slots, and confirm bookings with a smooth and intuitive interface.
2. Stripe Payment Feature Updates – Expand and refine the existing Stripe integration to support secure payment processing, transaction history, refunds, and better payment tracking. Real-time payment event handling through webhook-based updates is highly desirable.
3. Client Dashboard Improvements – Update the client dashboard so users can more effectively manage bookings, review service history, update personal details, and monitor payment records.
4. Service Provider Dashboard Enhancements – Improve the provider dashboard to make it easier to manage availability, respond to bookings, track schedules and earnings, and maintain service listings.
5. Real-Time Tracking Upgrades – Enhance the existing tracking capability so clients can receive live updates on a provider’s route, including map-based location visibility and ETA updates through mapping APIs and real-time communication features.
6. Performance, Security, and Mobile Optimization – Review and strengthen the current system architecture with a focus on performance improvements, security best practices, and a fully responsive experience across desktop and mobile devices.
