We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement an AI-based automation system for WhatsApp. This solution is crucial for centralizing customer service and automating responses for our consultancy business, which handles a high volume of inquiries related to documents, tax issues, CPF, Italian citizenship, and various consular procedures. The goal is to significantly reduce manual workload, improve response times, automatically qualify leads, and provide a more organized and scalable customer service experience.
Key requirements for this project include:
* Setup of an advanced AI chatbot for WhatsApp, utilizing either the official WhatsApp Business API or an approved third-party platform.
* Development of automated reply mechanisms categorized by specific topics such as CPF, Saída Definitiva, Cidadania Italiana, Traduções, and Consultoria.
* Seamless integration with our existing CRM system or Google Sheets for efficient data management and lead tracking.
* Implementation of functionalities to automatically send forms, relevant links, initial triage questions, and collect essential client data.
