Expert Freelancer Needed for Production Web Portal Deployment

We need a freelancer to deploy our portal to production hosting within a day. The app is a Laravel 12 backend with Inertia + React frontend (Vite build). We want a reliable, secure deployment with proper environment setup

Tech stack
- Laravel 12 (PHP 8.2+)
- Inertia.js + React
- Vite, Tailwind
- Likely MySQL/Postgres
- Queues/cron, storage (S3 integration)

Scope / Responsibilities
- Review repo and define deployment steps
- Provision or configure hosting (AWS preferred)
- Set up PHP 8.2+, web server (Nginx/Apache), Node for Vite build if needed
- Configure .env, database, cache, storage, mail/SMTP
- Write ci/cd pipeline
- configure queues and scheduler (supervisor/cron)
- build frontend assets (vite) and deploy
- set up ssl and domain

deliverables
- fully deployed app accessible via our domain
- environment configured + database migrated
- queues and scheduler running

required skills
- laravel deployment (php 8.2+)
- Inertia/React + Vite build pipelines
- Linux server setup (Nginx/Apache)
- ssl, dns, basic security hardening
