We are seeking a highly experienced freelancer to set up seven apartment listings from scratch on multiple vacation rental platforms. The core task involves creating complete and optimized listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Trivago, Idealista, and other relevant websites. We will provide all necessary photos and apartment details.

The freelancer will be responsible for crafting compelling titles and detailed descriptions in both English and Spanish, as well as configuring accurate pricing and availability for each apartment. A crucial part of this project is providing comprehensive training to us and our assistant, Sammy, on how to manage these listings independently. This training will include 2-3 video classes demonstrating how to use the system, how to effectively sync calendars to prevent overbookings, and ensuring we are fully capable of handling all aspects of management on our own. Optional weekly video check-ins are available for ongoing support after the initial setup and training.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience with simultaneous setup and management on Airbnb and Booking.com.
- Ability to provide real examples of listings you have personally created.
- Bilingual proficiency to write descriptions in both English and Spanish.
- Immediate availability to start the project.
- Willingness to communicate via video calls.

What we do not need:
- This project is strictly for listing setup and training; we are not looking for ongoing management services.
- We prefer to work with an individual freelancer, not a marketing agency.

Payment will be a fixed price for the complete project setup and training. An optional separate payment will be arranged for any weekly follow-up check-ins.
