Are you a performance marketer who understands that creative is the ultimate targeting lever? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where data dictates decisions? We are looking for a sharp, autonomous, and client-facing Freelance Media Buyer to manage and scale our clients' accounts.
We don't do complex, messy account structures. We lean heavily into simplified architectures, broad targeting, and aggressive creative testing. If you know who Nick Theriot is and run ads exactly like him, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Daily Campaign Optimization: Uploading new creatives, cutting underperforming ads ruthlessly, and scaling winning hooks/angles based on strict KPI targets.
Creative Strategy Leadership: You won't just click buttons. You will lead the creative direction for your accounts, analyzing data to pitch new concepts, angles, and iterations to our internal ad creative department.
Client Relations & Reporting: Own the client relationship. You will handle regular reporting and hop on face-to-face video calls to walk clients through performance and strategy.
Who You Are (Requirements)
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven, verifiable experience in media buying (Meta/TikTok).
Ad Philosophy: You must run ads like Nick Theriot. You believe in simplified account architecture, broad targeting, and letting the creative do the heavy lifting.
Communication: 100% fluent in English (both written and spoken). You must be highly confident and articulate in a client-facing role.
AI-Savvy: You actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, etc.) To optimize your daily workflow, copywriting, or data analysis.
Hardware Setup: You must have a high-quality camera and microphone setup for professional, crystal-clear client meetings and async video reports.
Compensation
Rate: £100 - £200 per client / month (depending on account complexity and your experience level).
As we onboard more clients, your portfolio and earning potential will scale accordingly.
