Freelance Project Manager for International Crm Migration (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales)

NextPM is seeking a highly skilled Freelance Project Manager to lead an international CRM migration project. This role is crucial for the end-to-end management of a CRM migration, specifically focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. The Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. This is a hands-on position with a strong emphasis on delivery in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Must to have:
- Available to attend 2-3 days in Porto's office (Portugal)
- Professional or Native level of portuguese
- Freelance collaboration (B2B)
- Strong Experience in Data Project Manager

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all project phases of the CRM migration
- Coordinating local and international stakeholders effectively
- Defining and managing project scope, timelines, risks, budget, and dependencies
- Ensuring seamless alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
- Overseeing critical deliverables such as functional analysis, system configuration, data migration, testing, go-live, and hypercare support
- Facilitating project governance through status meetings, steering committees, and workshops
- Providing clear and structured reporting on KPIs, risks, issues, and overall progress
- Ensuring project delivery adheres to agreed timelines, quality standards, objectives, and budget.

Requirements for this role:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in data-intensive environments
- Proven track record in CRM implementations or migrations
- Professional proficiency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Demonstrated capacity to thrive in international and cross-functional settings
- High degree of autonomy and a strong focus on achieving results

Desirable experience includes:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
- Experience with hybrid project delivery methodologies (Agile + Waterfall)
- General knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem
