Freelance Recruiter for Livestreaming Platform - Colombia

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelance recruiter based in Colombia to join our team.
This role focuses solely on recruitment and coordination; it does not require creating, appearing in, or participating in content.

Responsibilities:

*  Source and contact potential creators.
*  Conduct initial interviews.
*  Verify interest, availability, experience, equipment, and internet connection.
*  Translate relevant candidate information into English.
*  Refer qualified candidates to our Onboarding Manager.
*  Maintain organized records of candidates and follow-ups.

Requirements:
*  Native Spanish speaker; English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
*  Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or outreach to digital creators.
*  Proficiency with WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
*  Excellent communication and organizational skills.
*  Comfort working with a platform catering exclusively to an 18+ audience.
*  Experience in livestreaming, digital entertainment, or model recruitment is a plus.

Project Details:
*  Compensation: USD $350–$400 per month.
*  Work arrangement: 100% remote.
*  Flexible schedule.
*  Ongoing freelance collaboration.
*  Initial goal: Refer at least one qualified candidate per week.
*  Required location: Colombia.
