We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack developer to create an AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot. This chatbot will be designed to automate customer support, efficiently answer frequently asked questions, and significantly reduce the manual workload for our team. The primary goal is to deliver a system that provides accurate and consistent responses, handles conversations reliably, and is built with scalability to support future expansions and integrations.

Required Skills and Implementation:
WhatsApp Business Cloud API: Expertise in connecting and managing WhatsApp to facilitate message reception and sending.
Python: Strong proficiency in developing chatbot logic and automation workflows.
FastAPI: Ability to build a lightweight and efficient backend for processing requests.
REST APIs: Experience in integrating various AI services and external business systems.
AI/Natural Language Processing: Capability to enable the chatbot to understand customer questions and generate relevant and intelligent replies.
Prompt Engineering: Skills to refine and improve the quality, consistency, and relevance of chatbot responses.
Webhooks: Knowledge of processing incoming messages and delivery-status events.
PostgreSQL: Competence in storing customer records, comprehensive conversation history, and configuration data.
Redis/Background Tasks: Experience in handling asynchronous operations, managing retries, and scheduling tasks as needed.
Docker/Cloud Deployment: Proficiency in deploying the application with secure configurations, robust logging, and effective monitoring solutions.

Expected Features:
The chatbot must be able to answer frequently asked questions using a configurable knowledge base.
