Full-Stack Developer for Ai-Powered Whatsapp Chatbot

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack developer to create an AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot. This system will automate customer support, efficiently answer frequently asked questions, and significantly reduce manual workload. The primary goal is to deliver accurate responses and handle conversations reliably, with an architecture that supports future expansion.

The project requires expertise in connecting to the WhatsApp Business Cloud API for message handling, Python for developing chatbot logic and automation workflows, and FastAPI for building a lightweight backend. Integration with ai services and external business systems will be handled via rest apis. The chatbot must utilize AI and Natural Language Processing to understand customer inquiries and generate relevant replies, with a focus on Prompt Engineering to ensure high-quality, consistent, and relevant responses. Webhooks will be used for processing incoming messages and delivery-status events.

Data management will involve PostgreSQL for storing customer records, conversation history, and configuration data, and Redis for handling asynchronous operations, retries, and scheduled tasks. The application will be deployed using Docker and cloud platforms, requiring secure configuration, logging, and monitoring.

Expected features include answering FAQs using a configurable knowledge base, maintaining conversational context, and escalating complex or uncertain requests to a human agent. The solution must incorporate robust error handling, secure credential management, and basic activity monitoring. The developer will be responsible for implementing the solution, testing all integrations, deploying the application, and providing comprehensive technical documentation and setup instructions. A modular and maintainable architecture is crucial to allow for future integrations and feature enhancements.
