What You Will Be Building:

A revolutionary real estate experience that extends far beyond traditional listings. This includes developing interactive 3D property tours, leveraging modern web technologies for immersive visualization.
A robust Web3-enabled platform that will allow users to seamlessly buy, rent, or invest in properties. This involves implementing NFT-based transactions on leading blockchain networks like Ethereum or Polygon, ensuring secure and transparent ownership.
A sophisticated, AI-driven engine designed to understand user behavior, provide highly personalized property recommendations, identify and flag suspicious activities for enhanced security, and respond to natural language queries for an intuitive user experience.
A scalable and modular system architecture, built on modern microservices principles and deployed using cloud-native solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven proficiency in full-stack development, with extensive experience in JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Web3 technologies, including smart contract development and integration of cryptocurrency wallets.
Knowledge of 3D rendering, Augmented Reality (AR), or Virtual Reality (VR) technologies is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with cloud services, Docker for containerization, and microservices architecture.
