We run a fast-growing sms + ai outreach agency for real estate agents. We’re hiring a rock-solid Client Success Manager (CSM) to manage relationships, respond fast, and keep clients happy.
Your Role:
– Onboard new clients using SOPs and templates
– Respond to daily client messages in Slack and GoHighLevel
– Monitor campaign performance (we’ll teach you how)
– Proactively follow up with clients and solve small issues
– Coordinate with internal team (Ops, VA, Setter, Closer)
Requirements:
– Excellent written English
– Clear spoken English (bonus if you’re confident on Zoom calls)
– Reliable, fast internet + computer
– Sharp eye for detail and consistency
– 40 hrs/week availability preferred, flexible timezone okay
Bonus if you have:
– Experience with GoHighLevel
– B2B client support experience
– Background in agency work
Compensation:
– $750–$1000/month depending on experience and availability
– Room to grow into full leadership role
