Full-time Remote Operations & Growth Specialist for Lyric Video Platform

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-time Remote Operations & Growth Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of LyricPush, our platform for creating and distributing lyric videos across a network of seven Instagram accounts (five Spanish-language, two English). This is a long-term, full-time remote position.

The role encompasses three primary areas of responsibility:

1. Platform Operations: Monitor incoming orders within our custom admin panel, ensuring each project progresses smoothly from submission to publication. This includes catching and escalating any stuck orders and performing quality checks on videos before they are published to maintain high standards.

2. Instagram Account Management: Actively manage and grow our network of seven Instagram accounts. Responsibilities include posting stories, engaging with the community by replying to comments and direct messages, and implementing strategies to increase followers and maintain active communities.

3. Outreach: Proactively identify and engage with artists, managers, and labels through direct messages to acquire new clients. This also involves posting in relevant online communities and following up on all inquiries to convert leads into paying clients.

Requirements include being reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable with learning and utilizing a custom administrative tool, and possessing strong native Instagram skills. Proficiency in Spanish is a significant plus due to our Spanish-language accounts. Training on the platform will be provided.
