Project Type: Ongoing / Long-term | Remote (Americas)
Hours: Start Part-time (~15–25 hrs/week) → move to Full-time quickly if performance + ownership are strong

Overview

WebMyMoney (WMM) builds growth infrastructure for clients: Traffic → Funnel → CRM → Automations → Integrations. We’re hiring a hands-on technical builder who can ship fast, troubleshoot, and improve systems that directly impact revenue.

This is a GoHighLevel-first role. We do some Shopify and sometimes WordPress/WooCommerce. If you have those skills, amazing—but most work is inside GoHighLevel (funnels, websites, workflows, CRM setup, integrations).

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

1) GoHighLevel Funnels + Websites (Primary)
    •    Build/optimize GHL funnels & websites: landing pages, multi-step flows, forms, calendars, checkouts, surveys
    •    Ensure mobile responsiveness + clean conversion UX
    •    Fix broken pages, layout issues, form errors, redirects, etc.

2) GoHighLevel CRM + Automations (Primary)
    •    Build/maintain workflows: triggers, if/then logic, tags, custom fields, segmentation, dynamic values
    •    Pipeline logic, lead routing, internal notifications, nurture sequences
    •    Improve existing systems: simplify complexity, fix broken logic, keep builds scalable + organized

3) Integrations + “Systems Glue” (Primary)
    •    Implement integrations using webhooks + Zapier/Make (API familiarity is a plus)
    •    Connect lead sources → GHL → pipeline → notifications → follow-up
    •    Troubleshoot integration failures, duplicates, data mismatches, attribution/tracking issues
    •    Create clear handoff notes: what was built, how it works, how to maintain it

4) Domains / DNS / Email Infrastructure (Primary)
    •    Handle domains + DNS (A/cname/txt/mx), subdomains, routing, verification records, ssl
    •    connect email infrastructure correctly (basic deliverability awareness)
    •    diagnose issues like: “form submitted but no lead,” “emails not sending,” “domain verification broke,” etc.

5) Shopify / WordPress / WooCommerce (Secondary — Big Plus)
    •    Support Shopify theme edits (Liquid a plus) and/or WordPress/WooCommerce when needed
    •    Ensure these platforms connect cleanly into CRM + tracking flows

Non-Negotiables
    •    Fluent English + Spanish
    •    Strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience (funnels + CRM automations) — this is the core
    •    Comfortable with integrations/troubleshooting and systems thinking
    •    Comfortable with domains/DNS and basic email connectivity
    •    Independent, proactive, reliable communicator

Part-time → Full-time Track (Important)

We start part-time to validate fit, then move to full-time quickly if you:
    •    Ship consistent weekly output
    •    Communicate proactively (no disappearing, no guessing)
    •    Solve problems without hand-holding and document what you built
    •    Improve systems (not just patch the same issues)

Big Plus (Not Required)

Shopify/WordPress/WooCommerce, JavaScript/PHP/Python, Apis (http/json), sql/dashboards, tracking basics (pixels/ga4/utms), ai-assisted coding tools.
