We are seeking an experienced Google Ads specialist to conduct a comprehensive audit and optimization of our existing Search campaign for TooShy, an AI companion chat app. Our current campaign is live but is underperforming, exhibiting low impression share (below 10%), insufficient budget spending, and issues with conversion tracking. The goal is to significantly improve campaign efficiency and performance.

Key responsibilities for this project include:

1.  **Campaign Setup Audit:** Thoroughly review the current Google Search campaign setup, including keywords, match types, bid strategy, and ad copy to identify areas for improvement.
2.  **Conversion Tracking Fixes:** Address and resolve existing conversion tracking issues. This involves removing duplicate "Suggested Goals" from GA4, ensuring conversion counting is set to "One per click", and verifying that only the correct primary conversion event is being tracked.
3.  **Keyword List Optimization:** Analyze and refine the current keyword list of approximately 80 terms. This includes identifying and adding high-intent phrase match terms, as well as removing low-quality or irrelevant keywords to improve targeting and efficiency.
4.  **Bid Strategy Verification:** Confirm that the "Maximize Clicks" bid strategy is correctly configured and operating as intended, ensuring there are no accidental CPC caps hindering performance.
5.  **Ad Copy and Extensions Review:** Evaluate existing ad copy and extensions (such as sitelinks and callouts) to identify opportunities for improving Click-Through Rate (CTR) and overall ad relevance.
6.  **Reporting:** Provide a brief, written report detailing all findings, implemented changes, and strategic recommendations for ongoing campaign management.

We currently have a live campaign running (both Search and Performance Max), with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 already set up and the primary conversion event firing. Our Google Ads account has two active campaigns. The project is expected to be completed within 3-5 days, and all communication will be in English. We are open to proposals for a fixed price.
