Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads and other paid advertising campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mind, a deep understanding of PPC best practices, and a proven ability to drive measurable results. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective PPC strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and providing actionable insights to clients.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video), Microsoft Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and implement effective negative keyword strategies.
- Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to improve conversion rates.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other reporting tools.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide insightful analysis to clients.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Present campaign performance and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Client Communication & Collaboration:
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and insights on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, design) to ensure integrated marketing strategies.
- Attend client meetings.

Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or similar role in an agency setting.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization.
- Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Ads, social media advertising, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
