We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to collect business information from Google Maps. The collected data will be used to train and evaluate an AI system, so accuracy is more important than speed. No previous experience is required. Anyone who is comfortable using a web browser and spreadsheets can complete this task. Your Responsibilities: Using Google Maps, search for businesses based on keywords and locations that we provide. For each business, collect the following information: Business Name, Business Category, Full Address, City, State/Province, Country, ZIP/Postal Code (if available), Phone Number (if available), Website (if available), Google Maps URL, Average Rating, Number of Reviews, Whether the business is currently open (if shown). Record all information in the provided Google Sheets template. Requirements: Basic computer skills, Ability to use Google Maps, Familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, Strong attention to detail, Reliable internet connection. No special qualifications or previous work experience are required. Deliverables: Collect information for approximately 1,000 businesses following the provided instructions. The spreadsheet should be complete, accurate, and free of duplicate entries. Follow the provided search instructions exactly. Do not guess or invent missing information. Leave fields blank if the information is not available. Accuracy is more important than completing the task quickly. Detailed instructions and a spreadsheet template will be provided after the project is awarded.
