About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces innovation. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing marketing strategies across content creation, lead generation, community engagement, webinars, and event planning to drive marketing-qualified leads and strengthen zipBoard’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
Content Marketing: Create compelling content tailored to our ideal customer profiles (ICPs), including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and social media content.
Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships within relevant communities, forums, and social platforms to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Webinars & Events: Plan and execute webinars, live demos, and virtual events to showcase zipBoard’s value and engage potential customers.
Email Marketing: Design and run email campaigns to nurture leads, onboard users, and re-engage existing customers.
Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data to assess effectiveness, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3-5 years in SaaS marketing, with a proven track record in executing growth marketing strategies.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to understand and articulate the needs, challenges, and language of ICPs, crafting resonant messaging.
Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
Relationship Builder: Proven experience in community engagement and partnership development.
Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in analyzing data, drawing insights, and making informed decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
