Looking for a Growth Marketing Operator to hire immediately to work directly alongside a senior Growth Strategist in a non-client-facing, behind-the-scenes support role across high-growth DTC ecommerce brands.

This is a "shadow/whitelist strategist" position where you'll help execute, monitor, organize, and optimize paid social operations while learning the exact systems used to help scale ecommerce brands from $20M to $100M+ in under 6 months. You will operate as an extension of myself, helping increase execution speed, operational efficiency, and testing velocity across accounts.

Responsibilities include:
Support campaign launches, optimizations, and daily paid social operations across Meta and TikTok. Monitor account performance, pacing, creative fatigue, and testing results. Maintain reporting dashboards, testing trackers, campaign organization, UTMs, and QA processes. Monitor Slack communications throughout the day and assist with internal responses, updates, and operational follow-through. Help surface performance insights, scaling opportunities, and operational recommendations proactively. Work closely with the lead strategist to execute growth initiatives quickly and accurately.

Requirements:
Availability from 830AM EST to 430PM EST is non-negotiable. Must be hihghly responsive on Slack, with ability to monitor communications consistently and help respond within ~30 minutes during working hours. Strong understanding of paid social and DTC ecommerce fundamentals. Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-accountability environments. Coachable, proactive, and hungry to grow.

Bonus Points:
Experience inside Meta Ads Manager. Familiarity with Northbeam or Triple Whale. Creative testing or direct-response marketing experience.
