Mojo Gift, a European-based scale-up, is building a comprehensive employee experience ecosystem and is seeking a high-agency, "hunter-profile" Account Executive. This role is based in LATAM (Argentina/Brazil) and will be crucial in leading our expansion into the US market.

The Challenge:
This is not about selling a simple tool. The successful candidate will be selling a unified ecosystem consisting of four sophisticated platforms: a Corporate Admin Platform, Clevis AI Travel Concierge, an Experience Marketplace, and a Social/Community Platform. The role requires the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales processes, engaging with HR, Finance, and IT departments at the enterprise level.

The Ideal Profile:
We are looking for a professional with 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the HR-Tech, FinTech, or Benefits sectors. The candidate must have a proven track record selling to US-based corporate clients, demonstrating near-native English proficiency and strong cultural fluency in the US market. We seek a "Founding AE" mentality, someone who is entrepreneurial and driven.

Compensation and Mindset:
This is a 100% commission-based role, offering a high payout of 10% per deal. For example, closing a single EUR250,000 contract would result in a EUR25,000 commission. We are looking for a professional who values high upside and is comfortable with a pure commission structure, or a very low "safety" base with high equity/accelerators. The ideal candidate is a "closer" who is motivated by building a territory and earning founder-level rewards without the typical corporate ceiling.

Key Requirements:
- Must be comfortable and motivated by a pure commission structure.
- Experience with AI-driven products is a significant plus, particularly for selling our Clevis AI platform.
- Must be available to work during US Eastern (EST) or Central (cst) business hours to effectively engage with us clients.
