We are seeking a highly motivated recruiter or a dedicated small team based in Argentina to partner with us on a high-volume talent sourcing initiative. Our rapidly expanding online platform, operating in the digital content and entertainment sector, offers remote, home-based opportunities. We are specifically targeting young professionals aged 18-25 for flexible, entry-level roles that require no prior experience, making them ideal for individuals looking for an accessible entry into online work. The primary objective is to consistently source and deliver approximately 500 pre-qualified candidates per week for online interviews across Argentina, with plans for future expansion throughout Latin America.
The selected partner will be responsible for generating a steady stream of targeted candidates and ensuring their initial qualification before they proceed to the interview stage. Key responsibilities include:
Large-scale lead generation utilizing various effective channels, such as popular job platforms (e.g., Indeed, ZonaJobs), social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and any other proven traffic sources.
Proactively contacting potential leads via phone or messaging applications to present our job offer.
Conducting primary candidate qualification, which involves verifying age, assessing their interest and motivation for the role, and performing basic profile matching against our requirements.
Efficiently scheduling online interviews and accurately recording candidate information within our system.
The ultimate goal is to deliver pre-qualified candidates who are fully prepared for interviews. Our internal team will manage the subsequent selection processes, comprehensive training, onboarding, and ongoing workforce management.
We are looking for energetic individuals, both men and women, who are actively seeking remote work-from-home opportunities. Essential requirements include reliable internet access, basic proficiency in English or Spanish, and an outgoing personality. Formal education or prior work experience is not necessary, as we provide complete training to all successful candidates.
