I’m an entrepreneur scaling multiple digital businesses — from Airbnb coaching to software to personal brand growth. We’re producing a ton of short-form and long-form video content, and now it’s time to bring in a pro who can manage it all like clockwork.

Project overview

Who We’re Looking For: An experienced Content Project Manager who: Has worked with content creators, coaches, or online educators Understands the digital product and personal brand space Can plan, script, organize, and execute video content across platforms Speaks and writes near-perfect English Is a proactive leader, not just a task-taker Is hyper-organized, clear, and keeps the team moving forward Knows how to manage deadlines, creators, editors, and VAs Responsibilities: Help brainstorm, plan, and script out video content (short-form and long-form) Organize content in a structured pipeline (Notion, Trello, ClickUp, etc.) Assign tasks to team (editor, graphic designer, VA, etc.) And manage deadlines Track metrics and make data-driven decisions on content strategy Ensure we’re consistently posting high-quality content on all major platforms Repurpose content into clips, quotes, carousels, and more Manage communication between me and the creative team Occasionally interview me (or help me script) to pull ideas for content You Should Have Experience In: Managing social media content pipelines (especially for entrepreneurs) Planning YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikToks, and/or podcast content Scripting short-form content (or working with ghostwriters/scriptwriters) Using tools like Google Docs, Notion, Slack, Trello, ClickUp Working with remote teams and tight deadlines Bonus Points If You Have: A background in marketing or sales Experience working with info products or course creators A good eye for copy, hooks, and content virality Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Descript, Opus Clip, etc. Hours & Pay: Full-time or part-time (20–40 hours/week depending on skillset) Must work at least 4+ hours overlapping with EST Competitive monthly salary Long-term role with room to grow Bonuses based on performance and consistency How to Apply: Send the following: Resume and portfolio of past content projects you’ve managed A Loom video (2–3 min) telling me about your experience and why you're a fit 2 examples of short-form or long-form content you’ve helped plan or script Your OnlineJobs.ph profile link (if applicable) If you’re organized, creative, and love making content that actually converts — this is your shot to help scale a personal brand into an empire.
