Description:
We are hiring a disciplined Cold Caller based in Indonesia to contact NGOs, Yayasan, and community organisations using a provided contact list.

Your role is simple:
• Call organisations
• Introduce our platform
• Invite them to a webinar
• Book appointments

This is a pure execution role. No research. No sales closing.

Responsibilities:
• Make 50–100 calls per day
• Speak to decision makers
• Follow script provided
• Invite to webinar + book appointments
• Follow up and send reminders
• Update call results daily

Requirements:
• Based in Indonesia
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia
• Comfortable with high-volume calling
• Disciplined and reliable

Compensation:
• Base: SGD 200/month
• SGD 8 per appointment (attended)
• SGD 12 per webinar attendee

Expected: SGD 400–600/month
Top performers: SGD 600+/month

Important:
• Appointment counts only if attended
• Webinar counts only if attended
• All results must be tracked

• Do research
• Find leads
• Close deals
