Influencer Sourcing Specialist (Tiktok / Instagram)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to identify and qualify TikTok and Instagram influencers. This role requires consistent daily availability and excellent organizational skills to manage influencer data effectively. The primary goal is to build a robust database of high-quality influencers for future marketing campaigns.

what you'll do:
find tiktok/instagram influencers, verify their quality based on specific criteria, and organize all relevant information in a provided google sheet spreadsheet.

qualified lead requirements:
- influencers must have 50,000+ average views per post (calculated from their last 10 posts).
- They must post a minimum of 3 times per week, demonstrating a consistent content schedule.
- Engagement must be real, with genuine comments and no signs of bot activity.
- Verifiable contact information (email or direct message link) must be found.
- Specific content types will be communicated later, but a general understanding of various niches is beneficial.

DELIVERABLES (per lead):
- Full profile link for the influencer.
- Calculated average view count from their last 10 posts.
- Documented posting frequency.
- Identified contact method (email or DM).
- A brief, one-sentence description of the influencer's niche.
- All collected data must be meticulously organized in the Google Sheet we provide.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be an active user of TikTok and Instagram.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication and accurate data entry.
- Possess a strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and adherence to qualification criteria.
- Must be available for 3+ hours daily to dedicate to this project.
