Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers for appointment setting and sales
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide support
Manage and optimize technicians’ schedules using Housecall Pro CRM
Close sales during initial customer interactions
Post marketing content on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook
Utilize Housecall Pro CRM and RingCentral phone system effectively
Maintain and update customer database of nearly 5,000 clients
Be available during lunch breaks to handle urgent calls
Requirements
Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
Strong sales and customer service experience
Ability to articulate complex detailing terminology
Proficiency in using CRM systems and phone systems
Flexible and able to handle a dynamic work environment
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work

Project overview

Scope Full-time position (35-40 hours per week) Work schedule typically 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time Cover a wide service area, primarily in Orlando and Deltona regions Handle a customer database of nearly 5,000 clients Manage schedules for 4 vans and 5 technicians Coordinate various services including car washing, detailing, paint correction, and small restorations for cars, boats, RVs, and motorcycles
