Requirements: Good understanding of the job application process. Must be able to use Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel comfortably. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. Confident in making calls to recruiters or companies if needed. Good attention to detail and time management. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Prior experience in job hunting, HR, or recruiting is a plus (but not required).
