We seek a reliable and detail-oriented Job Application Specialist to help our clients apply for jobs. In this role, you will apply to jobs on our customers' behalf, ensuring each application is well-prepared and sent on time.

Responsibilities:
Apply for jobs on behalf of clients using job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.


Customize resumes and cover letters based on each job.


Track all applications using Google Sheets or Excel.


Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and update them regularly.


Make follow-up calls or emails to employers or recruiters when needed.


Maintain accurate records and reports of submitted applications.


Use Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Excel to manage daily tasks.

Project overview

Requirements: Good understanding of the job application process. Must be able to use Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel comfortably. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. Confident in making calls to recruiters or companies if needed. Good attention to detail and time management. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Prior experience in job hunting, HR, or recruiting is a plus (but not required).
