Junior Video Editor & Social Media Manager for Functional Coffee Brand

We are seeking a talented Junior Video Editor and Social Media Manager to join our team for a functional coffee brand targeting the US market. The primary responsibilities will include editing high-converting short-form vertical videos (Reels/TikToks) and crafting engaging copy for social media.

Scope of Work:
- Edit 8-12 high-converting Reels/TikToks per month from raw footage that will be provided monthly.
- Write perfect, engaging captions and video copy in English, specifically tailored for the wellness and productivity niche.
- Assist with the setup of a basic Meta Ads campaign (approximately $20/month budget) focused on driving purchase messages.

The freelancer will be responsible for creating the final Reels/TikToks, not only editing videos provided by the client. We will provide product photos, brand assets, product information and any raw footage we already have. The freelancer should be able to create engaging videos using these materials, graphics, animations, licensed stock footage and other creative resources.

The client will NOT be responsible for providing new raw video footage for every post. Occasionally, if specific product footage is needed, the freelancer may request a simple clip from the client.
