Experienced Sales Representative for Digital Marketing Agency

Mapless Marketing is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our digital marketing agency.

This role is crucial for our growth, focusing on outbound prospecting and lead qualification specifically within the legal industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct focused outbound prospecting to identify potential clients in the legal sector.
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet our ideal client profile.
- Execute cold outreach strategies, including cold calls and cold emails, to engage prospects.
- Manage and track interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Present and close sales deals on sales calls along with the agency founder.

Requirements:
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in full-cycle B2B sales and closing experience.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with clients.
- Comfortable and proficient in performing cold calls and crafting compelling cold emails.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for managing sales pipelines.
- Experience in the legal industry or with agency services is a bonus, but not strictly required.
- Knowledge of GoHighLevel platform is required.
- Must be available to work CST business hours.

Compensation:
- This position offers a compensation structure that includes a base pay plus commission, rewarding your success in lead generation and qualification. The initial engagement is for approximately 10 hours per week.
