Latin American Digital Marketing & Launch Strategist for Online Salsa Education Platform

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing and launch strategist to help us successfully launch viva la salsa online, our new online salsa education platform. We are professional salsa dancers and educators with over 20 years of experience and an established audience in Australia. We have developed our unique AR Method training system and are now transitioning our expertise into an online format.

Our platform, initial content, brand identity, and audience are already in place. We require a strategic partner to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and launch plan. We are specifically looking for someone with a proven track record in online education, digital products, membership models, personal brands, creators, or online course launches.

Key areas of collaboration will include:
- Developing a robust launch strategy and market positioning.
- Creating and implementing pre-launch and launch campaigns.
- Crafting a social media content strategy, with a focus on Instagram Reels and Stories.
- Defining content pillars and core messaging.
- Optimizing calls to action and conversion strategies.
- Enhancing audience engagement and lead generation efforts.
- Establishing a clear launch timeline and content calendar.
- Advising on email and landing page strategies.
- Reviewing existing content and providing improvement suggestions.
- Implementing measurement and optimization processes for the launch.

This role is not for social media management or scheduling; we need a strategic thinker who can deeply understand our brand and audience to convert our existing followers into paying members.
