Launch and Manage Affiliate Program for Cpg Brand

Part-time Affiliate Program Manager for a US nutrition brand

Vilgain is a European clean-label protein bar brand, now growing in the US. We need a part-time manager (about 20 hours a week) to run our US creator affiliate program.

What you'll do:
- Recruit US creators, podcasters and reviewers in fitness, nutrition and food (5K–100K followers) into our affiliate program on Social Snowball
- Get gifted affiliates posting through personal DMs and follow-ups
- Run our private Instagram creator community: weekly content brief, weekly spotlight, monthly challenges
- Review affiliate content against our brief and claims guidelines
- Track content daily and send a weekly report (posts, reach, codes, sales)

Requirements:
- 2+ years running affiliate, influencer or creator programs for consumer brands, ideally US
- Excellent written English and a friendly tone with US creators
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok
- Experience with an affiliate platform and Shopify
- Available at least 4 hours a day during US Eastern business hours

Pay: $1,000–$1,400 USD per month, plus a monthly performance bonus. Long-term collaboration.
