Lead Generation & Email Outreach Specialist for Hr Consultancy (2-Week Project)

Loomify People & Culture, a New York-based HR consultancy (start-up), is seeking a sharp freelancer for a 2-week paid project with significant commission-earning potential. The project involves building a targeted list of 100 US-based companies, sending customized outreach emails on behalf of Loomify, and actively contributing to landing new consulting clients. All necessary resources, including company profiles, email templates, and a Google Sheets tracker, will be provided. We're looking for someone with strong skills and a proactive approach who delivers results.

Your responsibilities will include researching target companies based on provided profiles, identifying key decision-makers and their contact information, and meticulously populating a Google Sheets tracker with all relevant company and contact details. You will be responsible for sending personalized outreach emails using approved templates and tracking all activity, responses, and follow-ups within the tracker. A brief weekly report on pipeline activity will also be required.

We are looking for a freelancer with excellent written English, as your communications will represent the Loomify brand. Experience with LinkedIn research, lead generation, or email outreach is essential, along with comfort with Google Sheets. Reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are highly valued. This project offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work your own hours, provided deliverables are met within the 2-week timeline. Communication via email or WhatsApp will be necessary.

Compensation includes a flat fee for 100 verified companies with complete information. Additionally, there is a commission structure where you can earn a percentage of the service fee for every company that retains Loomify services as a direct result of your outreach. Loomify services typically start at $2,500, offering real additional income potential. Successful performance on this project may lead to further opportunities with a similar structure.
